past vice chair of its International Committee. He also is a member of the steering group of the ABA Section of International Law’s International Antitrust
Law Committee. He recently presented at the Spring Meeting of the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law, where he chaired a panel titled "One Directive, Many Directions: Global Damages Litigation."
