Cockrell, Walsh and Grant Discuss Healthcare Deal Trends in Law360

In the article, the authors discuss industry observers’ insights on how healthcare companies, investors and lenders should view the impending changes to the Affordable Care Act. They also cite recent deal activity, underscoring which healthcare and life sciences sectors are likely to see merger and acquisition and private equity activity in 2017.
