Amy Manning Recognized for Being a Leader in Antitrust

Amy Manning, a partner in McGuireWoods LLP’s Chicago office, was recently profiled in Global Competition Review as one of 100 women recognized for their work in the field of antitrust worldwide.

Manning is one of the co-founders of the Chicago Women Antitrust Lawyers Network, which was formed in 2005. She was the 2007-2008 chairman of the Chicago Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Committee.

Manning focuses much of her practice on antitrust matters. She has handled numerous civil and criminal antitrust matters in federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals throughout the United States. Her cases have involved price fixing, market allocation, tying arrangements, international cartels, monopolization, attempted monopolization, monopoly leveraging, Robinson-Patman Act claims, and antitrust conspiracies. She has also counseled clients regarding antitrust matters.

Manning has designed and implemented national and international compliance programs. She has spoken on antitrust, compliance, privilege and e-discovery issues. She is also a published author on antitrust matters.
