Drew’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including consumer finance litigation and class actions for global financial services and Fortune 500 companies.

Drew has significant experience drafting pleadings, dispositive and non-dispositive motions as well as oppositions to class certification. Drew has also participated in and defended dozens of depositions, including expert witness depositions, argued dispositive and nondispositive motions and prepared witnesses for trial.

He has particular experience related to managing mortgage litigation portfolios, including handling all related motion work, court hearings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and management of local counsel and staff attorney teams.

Drew is a fitness enthusiast and has advised health and wellness companies, including those in the fitness and paleo industry on a variety of legal issues.
