Ben’s practice focuses on products and consumer litigation, but Ben has experience in a number of civil litigation areas, including transportation law and general business litigation. During law school, Ben externed with The Honorable David J. Novak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and interned with The Honorable Karen J. Burrell of the Norfolk Circuit Court. Ben also externed with a Fortune 500 railway corporation. During his second and third years of law school, Ben served as a Legal Practice Fellow in the school’s Legal Practice Program. Ben was awarded the law school’s Legal Practice Award and Gambrell Professionalism Award.
Prior to law school, Ben taught middle school for two years in Phoenix, Arizona.
