Brittney concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in mortgage-related disputes in federal and state courts, both in trial and on appeal.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Brittney served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida. She also interned at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

Brittney graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Brittney was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy and earned Certificates of Outstanding Achievement in pro bono work and community service. She was also elected by her peers to represent them on the law school’s Honor Committee.
