Bryan focuses on international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and securities and corporate finance.

While earning his law degree from Loyola University, Bryan was honored as a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. While earning his MBA, he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society at Notre Dame, where he obtained his BBA in Finance. As an undergraduate, Bryan studied abroad in Fremantle in Western Australia.
