Liz focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in syndicated and single-lender commercial debt financing transactions, including revolving and term loan credit facilities.

Liz has experience in documenting, closing and maintaining many types of financial transactions, including large syndicated cash flow and asset-based credit facilities. Liz also has experience documenting the workout and restructuring of existing credit facilities.

Represented lender in connection with a $65,000,000 senior secured revolving and term loan credit facilities to furniture retailer.

Represented agent and lender in connection with a $45,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to facilitate initial acquisition of Canadian company which included adding a cross-border facility.

Represented lender in connection with a $45,000,000 secured revolving credit facility to manufacturer and distributor of treated outdoor wood products for the residential, commercial, industrial and utility markets.

Represented lender in connection with a $40,000,000 secured revolving credit facility to steel distribution company.

Represented lender in connection with a $35,000,000 senior secured revolving facility to processor of fresh beef products.
