Greg, who originally joined the firm as a summer associate, currently represents public and private companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He also offers experience in antitrust law, corporate law, and trust and estate matters.
Before attaining his law degree, Greg was a legal extern for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He also assisted Judge Marvin Aspen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as an extern.
Greg attended Northwestern University School of Law on a merit-based scholarship and served as an articles editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. He was also vice president and treasurer of a Catholic law students group at Northwestern. In addition to his law degree, Greg holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics. Prior to earning his master’s degree, Greg worked at a regulatory writing company in Delaware and interned on Capitol Hill.
