Igor primarily practices labor and employment law. He has represented employers in state and federal courts on a range of litigation and employment issues, including anti-discrimination cases, non-compete cases, matters related to wage and hour laws, and wrongful discharge claims.

Focusing on all facets of employment litigation, Igor has handled litigation involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He has dealt extensively with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, including drafting position statements, resolving issues through mediation, and assisting employers through the conciliation process.  In addition, Igor has represented employers in whistleblower litigation.

Igor also reviews clients’ employment practices for compliance with federal, state and local labor and employment laws, and conducts associated compliance training. He also counsels employers on human resources policies and practices.
