Adrian Canzoneri is an associate whose practice focuses on representing financial services and other clients in consumer class and individual litigation involving claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TPCA) and other consumer laws, debt collection practices, unfair business practices, bank operations, UCC and other issues, and in labor and employment counseling and litigation.  Adrian also has experience representing clients in commercial, ERISA and franchise litigation. Adrian’s experience includes representation of clients in both state and federal courts throughout the country in all phases of litigation, including settlement negotiations and dispute resolution.

During law school, Adrian clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office—Hardcore Gang Division. He currently volunteers as a coach for a high school mock trial team that competes in a statewide competition every February.
