Katie focuses on real estate development and real estate finance. She represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real property, and landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases. She also advises lenders in connection with financial transactions secured by real property throughout the United States.

Katie received a Fletcher Scholarship to attend Wake Forest University School of Law. She also received a Robert E. Lee scholarship to attend Washington and Lee University.
