Myra's practice focuses on representing clients involved in credit card, banking, mortgage, securities, and general commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She litigates cases involving alleged violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Myra also advises clients, including several national banks, a finance company with a nationwide automobile lending practice, and a global telecommunications carrier, regarding compliance with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and other federal and state military-related lending laws.
