Paul focuses his practice on energy, corporate, and private equity transactions. He regularly works for public and private companies and private equity funds in a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. He also has gathered experience dealing with corporate due diligence aspects of small and large mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Paul received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2016, where he graduated as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh College of Business, where he graduated cum laude.
Paul also clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Max Baer.
Research, fact finding, and data gathering for various energy transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and private equity due diligence.
