“Every client and matter is unique, however, most often only a limited number of issues are truly important to a client. My focus throughout every representation is to craft solutions which fully achieve the clients’ business and legal objectives regarding those important issues, while ensuring that all of the lesser issues and details also are fully addressed behind the scenes without becoming a distraction to the client, thereby allowing the clients to concentrate on running their businesses rather than on legal issues.”
