Jennifer has represented corporate and individual clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Jennifer also has significant experience with internal regulatory investigations, white collar matters, and enforcement actions. She routinely advises clients on all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and e-discovery, and appeals. Jennifer concentrates her practice on advising clients in the transportation industry. She serves as national coordinating counsel and provides strategic advice to transportation industry clients defending a portfolio of litigation in jurisdictions around the country.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jennifer practiced at a mid-sized Pittsburgh firm and for several years at a large Philadelphia-based Am Law 100 firm as a litigation associate. After attending law school, she clerked for the Honorable D. Michael Fisher on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Represented large pharmaceutical manufacturer in lawsuits brought by state attorneys general under consumer protection and false claims acts relating to FDA approved prescription drug labeling and promotion, and in product liability actions.

Defended industrial gas supplier in state court lawsuit alleging breach of supply contract.

Defended vehicle manufacturer in multiple class actions lawsuits in federal court alleging strict product liability, deceptive trade practices, breach of warranty, and breach of duty.

Secured dismissal of lawsuits alleging statutory and constitutional claims arising out of dispute over scholarships brought against athletic association in federal court.

Represented several public companies during investigations brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission alleging fraud and accounting violations.

Defended individual lead defendant in white collar federal prosecution alleging conspiracy, bank fraud, and wire fraud.
