Kevin’s practice focuses on business litigation. He assists individual and corporate clients in a variety of complex commercial and financial services litigation matters.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Catherine C. Eagles, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Linda Stephens, North Carolina Court of Appeals. While attending the University of North Carolina School of Law, Kevin served as North Carolina Issue Editor for the North Carolina Law Review and earned scholastic excellence awards in Civil Procedure, Business Associations, and Bankruptcy. Kevin graduated second in his class and was selected to the Order of the Coif.
