Robert focuses his practice on financial services litigation, advising clients in connection with complex securities matters. He has represented financial sector clients in actions in courts across the country, as well as in government and regulatory investigations. Robert’s pro bono experience includes Violence Against Women Act representations, asylum cases, and employment matters.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Robert worked as an associate at a major New York law firm and at an international investment bank as an in-house transactional attorney. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University and his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
