Anita’s practice focuses on business and securities litigation. She assists clients in a variety of securities, complex commercial, and financial services litigation matters.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Anita received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Anita served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sarah Evans Barker in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan. Anita was the Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and served on the Sherman Minton Advocacy Board.
