Leslie routinely represents national banking institutions, mortgage servicers, lenders, credit card companies, and other financial entities in state and federal courts. Her practice regularly involves defending clients from disputes arising from claims of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unreasonable collection efforts, and federal and state statutory claims including FCRA, FDCPA, CFPB, RESPA, DTPA, and TDCA. Leslie has also represented clients in a variety of other complex commercial litigation matters.

Leslie’s experience also includes investigating potential violations of federal securities law in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Her background also includes corporate and securities transactional and mergers and acquisitions law.
