Nancy focuses her practice on general business and employment matters. She represents municipal and corporate clients in cases involving Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Section 1983 of the U.S. Code, contract disputes, franchise disputes, as well as discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination disputes. Nancy also drafts commercial contracts, negotiates executive severance agreements and represents corporate clients in arbitration proceedings.

Before attending law school, Nancy worked as a journalist for major U.S. publications where she covered international air shows, labor disputes, and the stock market, among other things.
