Kimly Vu Gianoutsos Associate

Kimly concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing for retail, office, industrial and institutional properties.

Kimly also focuses her practice on counseling clients on real estate development and land use matters and title and survey issues. Kimly is experienced in conducting due diligence reviews and regularly negotiates and drafts property purchase and sale agreements, leases, subleases, licenses, easements, right-of-way agreements and other real estate-related contracts. Additionally, Kimly’s experience includes advising energy clients in the acquisition of mineral, leasehold, pipeline and other real estate interests.

Kimly is actively involved in the Allegheny County Bar Association and Pittsburgh community, and serves as a CLO Ambassador for the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera.
