David's practice focuses on commercial real estate law and real estate acquisition and development.

He has devoted substantial time in the representation of a major regional lender in the acquisition, stabilization and disposition of distressed commercial and development properties. David has participated in the development of condominiums, planned unit developments and mixed use projects.

Experience

Representation of a regional lender in multi-state bulk sales including a bulk sale of 46 properties located in 9 states.

Representation of a regional lender in the analysis, acquisition, stabilization and sale of over 200 commercial and development properties.

Assisted regional lender in the development of practices and procedures for acquisition of distressed properties including instructions to outside legal counsel.
