Natalie represents commercial and investment banks, private equity firms, strategic buyers, and borrowers in the context of both single-bank and syndicated credit facilities. Natalie’s experience extends across a broad range of transactions, such as cross-border and multi-currency financings, financial and strategic acquisitions, and leveraged and investment-grade loans. Her transactional practice is further benefitted by a generalized exposure to corporate matters and capital markets practice.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Natalie was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, during which time she spent six months on secondment at a British multinational banking and financial services company. As a law student, she also worked for the corporate counsel division of a leading healthcare software company, as a judicial intern for the Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court as well as the Division of Legal Services for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and as an editorial and research assistant to Professor William C. Whitford, whom she assisted in the compilation and publication of Jean Braucher, John Kidwell, and William C. Whitford’s Revisiting the Contracts Scholarship of Stewart Macaulay: On the Empirical and the Lyrical.

Natalie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she earned membership in the Order of the Coif and was an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
