Nellie represents financial industry clients in state and federal courts around the country, in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has significant experience representing major financial institutions in matters involving exposure relating to the operation of Ponzi schemes, affiliated mutual fund investments, derivatives, mortgage lending and servicing, issues with auto finance, securities lending programs and investment losses, and consumer class actions. Nellie also has experience in general commercial litigation, including commercial contract, tort, and statutory claims, intellectual property disputes, antitrust, and internal investigations.
