Wiline focuses on complex commercial litigation, employing strategic thought partnership to support her clients in solving their most challenging legal problems. Her litigation practice includes representing clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Wiline was an associate at a large international AmLaw 100 law firm handling litigation, government investigation, and transactional matters in the health care, antitrust, and intellectual property practice areas.

Outside of the law, Wiline was the Managing Director of Alumni Affairs for the D.C. Region of Teach For America. In this capacity, Wiline served as a member of the regional leadership team, was the chief architect for the strategic direction of the alumni movement, and managed the functional team responsible for supporting alumni leadership development and engagement. It is through this experience as an enterprise leader that Wiline gained an intimate understanding of client needs. She has the unique ability to view her clients’ legal problems against the backdrop of their business mission, objectives, and operations – a skill Wiline believes is invaluable to providing excellent client service.

While earning her law degree at Georgetown Law, Wiline was Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Modern Critical Race Perspectives and was co-chair, and subsequently treasurer, of the Global Race and Identity Project. Wiline also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award, participated in the D.C. Street Law Clinic, and was active in the Black Law Students Association.
