Caroline E. Keen Associate

Caroline's practice focuses on financial litigation. She assists individual and corporate clients in a variety of mortgage, complex commercial, and financial services litigation matters. Caroline also has experience leading internal investigations and assisting companies with responding to requests for information from federal banking regulators and other government agencies.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Caroline received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Caroline served as an extern for the Honorable Gregory P. McGuire, Special Superior Court Judge for Complex Business Cases. She also served as president of the Asian American Law Students Association and Executive Editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Additionally, Caroline was the recipient of the Winston Crisp Award which recognizes excellence in student leadership.
