Kenneth focuses his practice in real estate and related business law, including commercial leasing and lending, zoning, planning, land use and construction contracts. He has represented developers of shopping centers, office complexes, office buildings and residential communities, as well as clients engaged in forest products, farming and related businesses. He has counseled clients concerning compliance with Florida's myriad laws, rules and regulations regarding real estate development and related activities, additional zoning and comprehensive planning compliance. Issues involving private property rights are an area of increasing concern in his practice.

He has also represented a number of lenders and other financial partners in complex transactions involving mortgage lending, ground leases, partnerships, joint ventures and the like. In that regard, he has worked in close coordination with attorneys in taxation, mergers and acquisition and other business related fields. In addition to his professional practice, Kenneth has lectured at a variety of seminars on real estate, leasing and land use topics, including title insurance and related issues.

Kenneth served as Captain, Adjutant General Corps, in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970.

Represented borrower in refinancing of multi-state dairy operation; including consolidation of several working dairies and new loan from an institutional lender; represented borrower in refinancing of an industrial warehouse complex, including assistance in resolution of various leasing and operational issues.

Represented financial institution in connection with disposition of real estate acquired in connection with asset purchase from FDIC.

Represented lenders in foreclosure of multiple residential buildings, vacant land and platted subdivisions, including evaluations of various title, land use and subdivision issues. 

Provide Florida guidance in connection with multi-state secured lending transactions, including consideration of Florida tax issues.
