In addition to IT law, Raphaël has an in-depth knowledge of European IP law. He has worked on matters for clients across the cultural and entertainment industries. On a day to day basis, Raphaël manages and defends trademarks portfolios before the World Intellectual Property Organization, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the EU national offices and the French and Belgian courts.
