Will represents financial services clients in complex securities matters, focusing on regulatory enforcement actions, internal investigations and white collar litigation.

Will has represented Fortune 500 financial institutions in complex regulatory investigations commenced by the Security Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and other foreign regulatory authorities. Will has involvement in commercial, antitrust, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act litigations. His experience includes class action law suits, the representation of a technology executive during a fraud inquiry conducted by the United States Attorney’s Office, the Bankruptcy of a major US municipality, contract disputes and environmental waste inquires.  In 2014, Will argued a criminal appeal in the First Department, appellate court of New York.

Will received his law degree at Columbia University School of Law. He was a participant in the Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court competition and a member of the Black Law Student’s Association.

Will is active in the community and serves on the board of directors of his local political club serving the neighborhoods of Hell’s Kitchen and the Upper West Side.
