Kelli Ann Lee Attorney

Kelli is an attorney in the firm's Financial Services Litigation Department. Kelli represents clients in both state and federal court.

Her practice focuses on a broad range of financial litigation matters, including foreclosure, unfair trade practices, telephone consumer protection and other general litigation representation.  She successfully advocates for her client at all stages of litigation including discovery, drafting dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and post-trial work.  Kelli recently successfully defended against counterclaims related to allegations of unfair debt collection practices.   Kelli also recently successfully defended a large financial institution in a government investigation, resulting in a closing of the investigation without penalty to the client.  She regularly advises companies on the legal developments impacting consumer lending, debt collection, and lending laws.

In addition to his litigation experience, Kelli has experience representing clients in employment matters, personal injury, product liability and asbestos matters.  


Negotiated favorable settlements while representing large financial institution in contested mortgage litigations resulting in large savings to client.

Represented large financial institution in trial preparation related to alleged unfair trade practices, ultimately resolved by summary judgment on behalf of the client.
