Kurt’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation and regulatory and enforcement matters. He has experience representing clients in the financial services industry in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. Kurt also has experience representing accounting firms in accountant’s liability cases and representing clients in federal tax controversy matters.

Kurt also counsels Fintech clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters related to financial services products.
