Nathalie practices in the firm's corporate department with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She has experience working on banking and finance matters, including advising insurance brokers, advising on new legislation relating to financial planning, and reviewing conflict-of-interest for policies for banks. Nathalie also assists on general real estate matters and contract reviews. In addition, she has experience in data protection audit.

Nathalie received her law degree from Université Catholique de Louvain and completed an Erasmus exchange at the University of Rome La Sapienza. She completed her LLM at Leiden University in European and international business law, and was a finalist at the Regional Final of the European Law Moot Court.

Nathalie completed English courses at the Horner School of Dublin, and is fluent in English and French. She has intermediate skills in Dutch and Italian.
