Tad concentrates his practice on land use, zoning, real estate, construction and development, public/private partnerships and capital projects, as well as related local, state and federal government concerns. He is known for handling large scale mixed use urban projects and land use approvals, particularly in Arlington County, Virginia, having millions of square feet of development and numerous projects under his belt. Tad is also known for managing significant corporate and financial transactions in the real estate and development field. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with knowledge of the law as it relates to the design, construction and operation of green buildings.

In addition to his experience in private practice, he provides clients the added perspective of having represented local government in similar matters prior to joining the firm in Virginia, and is experienced in negotiating and structuring public/private partnerships and other transactions involving governmental entities related to real estate and capital projects.
