Graham practices in the areas of tax services, as well as trust and estate planning and administration.
Specifically, he has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions of business entities, formation of entities, charitable gift planning, structuring tax-exemption organizations, sales and use tax matters, and retirement plan distribution planning.
Graham is certified by the North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning and probate. He received a gold medal for the highest grade in North Carolina on the Uniform Exam for Certified Public Accountants.
