Lynwood is a corporate lawyer with a heavy focus on mergers and acquisitions. Over the past 30 years he has served as lead counsel for buyers and sellers of businesses, both private and public companies, in domestic and cross-border transactions. Lynwood's many years of experience in hundreds of acquisitions enables him to provide tactical and strategic transactional advice to corporate and financial sponsors principals.

Represented the purchaser of an engineered industrial products company with facilities and business units in seventeen foreign companies.

Represented a foreign cement producer in the acquisition of multiple US concrete companies with an aggregate purchase price in excess of $800 million.
