Eric W. Mills Associate

Eric focuses his practice on government investigations and white collar litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Eric spent two years as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Max O. Cogburn, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge for the Western District of North Carolina. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James A. Beaty, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina, and as a summer intern for Judge John C. Martin of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. While attending the University of North Carolina, Eric was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
