Jasmine also has experience in complex commercial litigation matters, including managing fact investigations, overseeing document collections, reviews and productions, engaging in privilege reviews, propounding and responding to discovery requests, and drafting disclosures, removal papers, confidentiality agreements, answers, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
