Jason’s practice is focused on complex commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on representing clients in the healthcare and financial services industries. Jason has represented clients in these industries and others in disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, the False Claims Act, unfair competition, partnership disputes, and violations of federal and state statutes and regulations. He brings significant experience in all stages of litigation, from initial dispute investigations to dispositive motions and mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

At the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Jason served as the associate managing editor for the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy and the membership recruitment chair for Phi Alpha Delta.
