Lauren represents clients in a variety of regulatory, criminal and compliance matters as well as in litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. She has particular experience assisting government contractors in connection with enforcement matters and internal investigations. She has counseled clients on the FCA, FCPA, FECA and a variety of securities and banking statutes.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Lauren served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Claude M. Hilton, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
