Mary concentrates her practice in commercial real estate. She assists developers, owners, lenders, landlords and tenants in structuring and negotiating a variety of real estate transactions, including land acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development and leasing.

While in law school she received three CALI Awards for Academic Excellence, a High Pro Bono Distinction award, the Jeremy Govekar Endowment Scholarship and the Arizona State University Dean’s Recruitment Award. As a member of the Arizona State Law Journal her comment was selected for publication and she served as an associate editor.
