Rob counsels private equity funds, financial institutions, mezzanine finance funds and other institutional investors in connection with private equity, commercial financial and corporate transactions. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine credit facilities, equity financing, senior credit facilities and growth equity investments.
While attending law school, Rob served as a legal intern with the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
