Sarah focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions. She has experience representing privately held companies and private equity funds in a wide range of transactional matters, including platform and add-on acquisitions, mergers, equity investments, divestitures, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. Her transactional experience extends across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and energy.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she served on Law Review and received the Dr. John and Liz Murray Award for Excellence in Student Scholarship and the Distinguished Student Award. She received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where she was named to the Dean’s List.
