Terrence’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing corporate clients in a broad range of disputes, both in and out of court.

Prior to private practice, Terrence served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Joe B. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and as a paralegal primarily handling bankruptcy cases for a full-service business law firm in New York. A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, Terrence was a notes editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. He was also a Chancellor’s Scholar and earned scholastic excellence awards in Torts and Bankruptcy.
