He also has significant experience representing companies in all stages of development, serving as an “outside counsel” of sorts, guiding emerging companies at all stages of growth including a number of public companies that he has represented from the ground up – many starting in VC phase.

In addition, Lior has experience advising clients with respect to intellectual property protection and litigation –including counseling on patent strategy and prosecuting strategic patents and monetizing the company's patent portfolio and acquiring strategic patents. McGuireWoods has a top corporate practice with formidable cross-border capabilities. But what drew me to the firm was its culture – its commitment to client service, excellence, diversity and community. I can’t think of a better fit for my practice.
