Paige focuses her practice in the healthcare industry, representing healthcare providers in transactional and regulatory matters. Her clients have included hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, medical schools, and medical device manufacturers.

Paige counsels clients on compliance and regulatory issues, including HIPAA and the HITECH Act, EMTALA, the federal Anti-Kickback and Stark laws, state fraud and abuse laws, and state licensure rules. Paige also advises clients on billing compliance matters relating to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Paige practiced as a corporate healthcare attorney for a national commercial law firm.

During law school, Paige was a judicial extern to the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and to the Honorable Jeffrey B. Ford in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. She was also a 2013 competitor in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria, and an associate editor of the University of Illinois Elder Law Journal.

Represented a hospital system in the acquisition of all of the assets of a critical access hospital.

Represented a hospital system in the acquisition of all of the assets of a cardiology practice, including the employment of over ten cardiologists.
