Philip's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations. His practice includes cross-border and domestic corporate work for a wide range of substantial international clients. He advises on and executes the formation of a variety of investment funds involving private equity, private equity real estate and hedge and other investment funds in the United Kingdom, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He has acted for most clients in excess of 20 years. Philip served as the London office managing partner from 2012-2014.
