Jen focuses her practice in a variety of financial transactions in both debt finance and public finance.
In the debt finance space, she has experience representing commercial banks, private equity firms, and borrowers in a variety of financing structures, including leveraged financing, asset-based lending, mezzanine lending and bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, in a wide range of industries, such as healthcare, manufacturing, and automotive. In the public finance space, she represents clients as both underwriter’s counsel and bank counsel working on general obligation bonds and revenue bonds.
While at Wake Forest University School of Law, she earned a CALI award for the highest grade in Torts, was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy, and was selected to participate in the Wake Forest Metropolitan Externship Program where she spent a semester working in the General Counsel’s office at the U.S. Agency for International Development. Jen also spent a summer working in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for Edenbridge Asia (formerly known as Gordon & Associates) gaining international experience in hospitality, real estate and manufacturing.
