Lucia practices in the area of real estate focusing on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions related to the financing, acquisition and disposition of large commercial and retail properties, commercial and residential buildings and hotels. Her experience includes mezzanine and mortgage loans, restructures, workouts, UCC foreclosures, commercial acquisitions and dispositions, construction financings, mortgage and mezzanine loan participations, warehouse repurchase facilities and multistate hospitality finance. Lucia has also represented institutional investors in connection with the acquisition and financing of distressed debt.
