Aaron focuses on technology transactions, patent prosecution and litigation, and general intellectual property counseling. Aaron drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including manufacturing and supply agreements, joint development agreements, and outsourcing agreements. Aaron also drafts and prosecutes patents in the electrical, mechanical and software arts, including patent applications for medical devices, oil and gas tooling and control systems, computer systems, mobile devices, MEMS, and semiconductor processing systems. As a patent litigator, Aaron has experience analyzing products and systems for infringement, early phase case assessment, document preservation and discovery, work with expert witnesses, claim construction, and pretrial motion practice. Aaron’s intellectual property experience also includes trademark prosecution and portfolio management, copyright enforcement, licensing, and enforcement of rights of publicity.
